The new Transfer Pricing Law was signed by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which will come into force from January 1, 2009.

The Law is oriented for transfer operations’ control enhancement: ex. new Law provides no price spread excluding the agriculture producers; the enhanced control in respect to participants of bargains registered in preferential taxation states; accounts on operations monitoring etc.
