6th Regional Meeting on BEPS for Eurasian countries (joint IOTA-OECD event)

The 6^th regional meeting on BEPS for Eurasian countries will be held in a virtual format and will be hosted by the OECD, IOTA and the Ministry of Finance of Bulgaria.
The meeting will:

• address countries’ tax administration and fiscal responses to Covid-19.
• provide an update on the IF’s work, including on addressing the tax challenges of the digitalisation of the economy.
• provide participants with the latest developments regarding the implementation of the BEPS minimum standards in the areas of harmful tax practices, country-by-country reporting, and treaty-related matters as well as on the Multilateral Instrument (MLI), a critical tool for implementing treaty-related measures swiftly.
• provide participants with an update on the work carried out in the areas of transfer pricing and toolkits aimed at supporting low-capacity developing countries.
• an opportunity for countries to share information and experiences.
