Forum on Implementation of Measures to Counter Base Erosion Profit Shifting (BEPS)

The purpose of this Forum is to share experiences and best practice on the implementation of measures to counter BEPS.  This year’s Forum meeting will focus on the following aspects of the BEPS Action Plan:

• Tax challenges arising from digitalisation of the economy (Action 1);
• Effective treatment of information on tax rulings subject to the automatic exchange between tax administrations (Action 5);
• Mandatory Disclosure Rules (Action 12);
• Country-by-Country Reporting (Action 13).

The Forum meeting will also include sessions on transfer pricing and the experiences and expectations of businesses.
