Digital Workshop 'Foresight and Strategic Planning in Tax Administrations'

This Digital Workshop aims to provide officials with a better understanding of Strategic Planning methods and techniques. Participants will hear about the experiences of other tax administrations and participate in group exercises designed to allow them to use some of the techniques in a fictional scenario.

The event will focus on:

• Techniques used in Strategic Planning and the essentials of the planning cycle;
• Use of scenario planning to build Foresight into plans;
