Handling Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP) cases (joint IOTA-OECD event)

The joint OECD-IOTA training event specifically designed to develop both knowledge and practical experience of officials working within the competent authority or that will be working in such competent authority in the near future who are responsible for handling MAP cases to (re)solving tax treaty-related disputes under the MAP. It will also contribute to further strengthening of the effectiveness and efficiency of the MAP process. The event will explore the MAP process from the beginning (submission of the MAP request and review of the eligibility of such a request) to the end (reaching a solution for the case(s) at stake and implementing such a solution).
