Launch of New e-TOLL System in Poland

  • The Ministry of Finance (MF) of Poland and the National Revenue Administration (NRA) of Poland are launching a new toll collection system for driving heavy vehicles (+3.5T) on toll national roads and toll sections of Konin-Stryków (A2) and Wrocław-Sośnica (A4) motorways, for heavy and light vehicles.
  • Transfer lanes dedicated to e-TOLL and viaTOLL users have been set out at the toll collection points of the A2 and A4 motorways.

 

What is e-TOLL

e-TOLL is an advanced Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) based solution It is going to replace the incumbent viaTOLL system, to expire by 30 September 2021 at the latest.

The new system supports the collection of electronic toll for driving on selected sections of national roads. It will support payment for driving heavy and light vehicles.

With the launch of the new system, far right lanes will be opened for e-TOLL and viaTOLL users as dedicated transfer lanes at the A2 Konin – Stryków and A4 Wrocław – Sośnica motorway toll collection points. Payments for motorway driving will be possible with our eTOLL PL mobile app, to be available for download from Google Play and App Store as of June 24.

Details of the new system are published on our etoll.gov.pl website. Our Customer Call Center provides information in 4 languages (Polish, English, German, Russian) 24 hours a day. Consultants are available for users at:
