User Guide: How to start using the New IOTA Web Portal

First time browsing on the new IOTA Web Portal? Worry not, we all understand that finding your way on a brand-new site and using it confidentially can sometimes be a challenging experience. However, we trust that you will also find our new interface more user-friendly, modern, and intuitive. Here, we have prepared the most important steps for you to start using the new IOTA Web Portal.

1. Please note that your old IOTA portal account and all of your data have been transferred to the new web portal. However, for security reasons, first, you will need to reset your password. Follow these steps to reset your password and access the new portal:

Go to the "Forgot Password" page by clicking on the link provided
Enter the email address that you used on the old IOTA portal
Follow the link sent to your email to define a new password
Once you receive confirmation that your password has been successfully changed, you can immediately log in to the new IOTA web portal

Important note

The new password is valid in combination with your e-mail address only on the new IOTA portal at this link.
If you want to (or need to) have access to the old IOTA web portal, it is still available for some time via this link.

2. When you have finished creating a new password on the new IOTA Web Portal, click on the "Log in" link located on the top left side of the portal. Now, enter your login credentials and click on the "Login" button to access all IOTA member content.

3. To navigate more easily, the public web portal is separated from the "Back Office" section where you can use all newly developed modules, communicate and collaborate with other members, participate in IOTA processes, and manage your personal information.

This will take you to your dedicated dashboard page in the "Back office" part of the portal. To access this part of the website, click on your initials on the top left side of the portal and then select "My Dashboard" from the yellow part.

4. You can now explore all the new functionalities available to you! For additional help, use the quick links on the dashboard and click on the "IOTA Web portal guides" link. This will take you to the Documents area (also available in tabs on top of your dashboard) where all IOTA web portal guides are already filtered and available for download so that you can quickly learn how to use all the possibilities of the new IOTA web portal.
