Mr David Gilles is a former senior tax auditor within the National tax investigations'
directorate and expert on intelligence process for the Canada Revenue Agency
(2007-2009). He has spent 3 years as Eurofisc liaison official for the Observatory of
Frauds. Since December 2013, he has been working as project manager on complex
and international frauds (tax and social) within the National Anti-Fraud Office.
