Mr Menéndez holds a bachelor degree in
Economics and Business Management. He has
developed his professional career within the
Spanish Tax Agency, occupying some high ranking
positions such as Director of the Tax Collection
Department, Head of the Regional Office of
Asturias or Head of the National Office for Fraud
Investigation. He has held the office of Director
General since June 2013.
