General Assembly

The General Assembly is the supreme body of IOTA comprising all members of the Organisation represented by the Heads of Tax Administrations. It convenes once a year and makes the decision by voting on the most important matters of IOTA concerning budgetary and strategic management issues.

General Assembly - Feature component

The General Assembly of the Organisation elects the statutory bodies, including the Executive Council and the President of IOTA, who serve for a one-year term. The General Assembly also approves the work programme of IOTA for the upcoming year and elects the Executive Secretary who serves as the Head of the Secretariat of IOTA for a three-year term.
