Forum on Communication
The Forum meeting will focus on exchanging knowledge and sharing experiences on concrete strategies, campaigns, and initiatives aiming at:
• Building a positive communication culture to keep employees connected, engaged, and inspired;
• The role and tasks of the Communication Unit/Department in the organisation's internal communication (e.g., how to connect internal and external communication, supporting internal information flow, guidelines for social media and employee advocacy, etc.);
• How to strengthen the reputation/attractiveness of a tax administration and mitigate reputational risks through effective digital communication tools (e.g., AI, IT technology, SoMe, etc.).
