Area Group on Debt Management

The purpose of the meeting is to share information and facilitate a better understanding of practical aspects of coordination and cooperation in cross-border insolvency cases, specifically in cases involving insolvency proceedings in multiple jurisdictions.

The meeting sessions will be based upon existing experience and practice of initiation of cross-border insolvencies and will seek to address the potential procedural and substantive conflicts arising in cross-border insolvency cases.
