Encouraging Innovations in Tax Administrations to Meet Tomorrow's Challenges

Our aim is to provide opportunity for delegates to gain deeper understanding and awareness of approaches and initiatives to creating an innovative environment that encourages new ways of working and methods. Innovation can happen on many different levels; small incremental new things in existing processes, bigger re-engineering of processes and services, creating totally new processes or even getting rid of some processes. Innovating is not only about digital, it can apply to dialogue with taxpayers, to methods of working, to corporate responsibility. Innovation can be simply applying old idea to a new context, or combining old things in a new way. During the workshop presentations will highlight issues relating to the above mentioned subjects, to be followed by group discussions allowing delegates to reflect on experiences, discuss problems and solutions by a free and informal exchange of information.
