Representatives of 10 IOTA Member Countries share their experiences and best practices in the latest IOTA ’video event’ on the topic of Employee well-being during remote working. The 33-minute compilation of videos is available now on the IOTA website.

The pandemic crisis has brought several challenges tax administrations had to face during the past year, including the new remote work set-up. For organisations as big as tax administrations, ensuring employees' health and safety as well as improving their well-being became critical for forced work-from-home or hybrid operation.
