The pandemic crisis has brought several challenges tax administrations had to face during the past year, including the new remote work set-up. For organisations as big as tax administrations, ensuring employees' health and safety as well as improving their well-being became critical for forced work-from-home or hybrid operation.

The experiences and best practices shared in IOTA’s video event showcase various employee support initiatives, for example how countries dealt with keeping up team spirit, what tools they provided to enhance and make home offices more comfortable, and how they envision the post-pandemic hybrid mode, just to mention a few key areas.
