IOTA Representatives at the 6th General Assembly of NTO

We are pleased to inform you that the Network of Tax Organisations (NTO), one of our international partner organisations, successfully conducted its 6th General Assembly from December 4-5, 2023, in Rome, Italy. This annual event was hosted by the Italian Revenue Agency (Agenzia delle Entrate) and was attended in person and digitally by high-ranking officials from the ten member organisations of NTO including IOTA, ATAF, ATAIC, COTA, CIAT, CREDAF, CATA, PITAA, WATAF, SGATAR.
 

During the conference, IOTA was represented by its Executive Secretary, Alix Perrignon de Troyes, and its Work Program Manager, Eugenijus Soldatkovas. The agenda for this year's NTO General Assembly covered topics such as implementing the NTO  2023 Work Plan, presenting the outcomes of the 2nd NTO Technical Conference, and discussing the NTO Work Plan for 2024. These sessions were followed by strategic discussions about the future of NTO addressing governance, financial sustainability, and member contributions.

The NTO General Assembly serves as a great platform for NTO members to share updates and make contributions, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing within the network.

IOTA congratulates NTO and the Italian Revenue Agency for organising this event and creating a valuable stage for exchanging information on the network's progress and looking at the roads that have been taken and could be taken forward in the future.
