IOTA Tax Professional Learning & Development Forum

IOTA Tax Professional Learning & Development Forum was held on 31 May - 2 June 2017 in Lisbon hosted by the Portuguese Tax and Customs Authority. 57 participants from IOTA member countries and guests from OECD and Canada discussed how external and internal factors require changes in the organisation and influence employees’ development needs. 

Delegates shared knowledge and experience to identify best practices and innovations in the field of tax professionals’ learning and development. Participants specifically addressed how competency evaluation, digitalisation and changes in organisational strategy influence learning and development.

This Forum provided an exceptional interactive environment with a mix of plenary, group and individual sessions that fosters collaborative learning amongst participants.
