New Director General of the National Revenue Agency of the Republic of Bulgaria

The National Revenue Agency of Bulgaria has appointed a new Director General, Mr. Rumen Spetsov. Mr. Spetsov is a highly qualified expert with more than 10 years of professional experience at the NRA - from 2009 to 2015 he worked in the NRA Headquarters, and before that in the NRA structures in his hometown, Dobrich. He has expertise in the field of tax policy and legislation.

Mr. Spetsov has Master’s degrees in the following specialties: “Economics and Trade” and “Internal Financial Control”, as well as in “National Security”.

His appointment will ensure continuity and commitment to the good results in all the NRA’s activities, including international cooperation.
