Regional seminar of Economic Cooperation Organization on Taxpayers Services has been held in Baku

Representatives of tax authorities of Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyz Republic, Iran, Pakistan, Turkey and Afghanistan in regional seminar of Economic Cooperation Organization on "Taxpayers Services" held in Baku.

On the 6-7th November 2014 representatives of tax authorities of Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyz Republic, Iran, Pakistan, Turkey and Afghanistan and ECO Secretariat participated in regional seminar of Economic Cooperation Organization on "Taxpayers Services" held in Baku. On the first day of the seminar presentations on services provided to taxpayers, the role of information sources in the organization of the services provided to taxpayers, e-services, call centers and taxpayers service centers and the role of education and awareness in the development of tax culture were given by participants. On 7th of November participants were familiarized with the Special Regime Tax Service Department and "One-stop-shop" system, "Call Center" of the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan and "ASAN service" center under the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovation under the President of the Azerbaijan Republic.
