ISORA 2020 completion and data usage - Workshop registration now open

We are pleased to invite delegates from your tax administration to a two-day training session on the collection and use of ISORA (International Survey on Revenue Administration) data. The workshop is co-organised by IOTA and the OECD FTA (Forum on Tax Administration) and hosted by the Norwegian Tax Administration (NTA).

The purpose of the training session is to:

  • provide insight into the changes made to the 2020 survey;
  • provide guidance and recommendations for an efficient collection process that ensures high quality data;
  • discuss areas of using ISORA data;
  • exchange strategies for stimulating use and creating buy-in with management;
  • discuss challenges and best practice related to ISORA completion and use; and
  • encourage networking among ISORA stakeholders.

Target audience for the training session are tax officials from OECD-FTA and IOTA member administrations who will be involved in completing ISORA 2020 or are using/ will use ISORA data for analytic and strategic purposes. Prior ISORA experience is advantageous but not necessary.

CostsEach participant's Tax Administration must cover the costs for travel, accommodation, meals and drinks, except for the complimentary dinner on 12th May.
