On 23rd November 2020, IOTA obtained an approval on the prolongation of the ISORA Chairmanship for one more year at the Annual Meeting of the ISORA Technical Working Group. IOTA will lead the ISORA Technical Working Group and the ISORA Executive Council for another term. In general, the chair rotation period between ISORA partners (including CIAT, IOTA, IMF and OECD) lasts one year.
Usually the ISORA Chair rotation lasts from the conclusion of the annual meeting to the conclusion of the following ISORA Annual Meeting of the ISORA Technical Working Group. This year, the ISORA Annual TWG Meeting took place for first time digitally, between all ISORA partners (OECD, IOTA, CIAT and IMF, as well as the Asian Development Bank as observer) where it was agreed that IOTA will continue chairing the ISORA Executive Council and Technical Working Group until the end of October 2021, when the next physical Annual ISORA TWG Meeting will take place.
ISORA 2020 started in September and the ongoing data entering process into the ISORA data platform is going well, according to expectations.
