The Large Taxpayers Forum was organised by IOTA Secretariat on 7-9 June 2016 in Budapest. The theme for this year’s Forum was risk analysis in the large business segment. It was attended by 42 participants from 24 IOTA member countries.
The participants listened to presentations describing examples of the risk based approaches applied in Norway, Sweden, Portugal, Croatia, Hungary and Spain. Delegates continued to share experiences in group discussions where they considered how data is gathered to identify risk and how analysis and assessment of risk is made in respective tax administrations. Participants exchanged developments, concerns and best practice of their administration’s approach to the subject.
