The Spanish Tax Agency awarded once more with Prize for Quality in Training 2014

The Spanish Tax Agency has been awarded with the Prize for Best Educational Materials for  Training public officials by the National Institute of Public Administration as a result of its e-learning activity "Techniques of communication and assistance to taxpayers".

This is the fourth edition of the Prizes for Quality in Training in Public Administrations, and awards are granted in three different modalities: "Best Educational Materials", "Innovation in Training Activities" and "Best Performance in Training Management". The Spanish Tax Agency was awarded with the Prize for "Best Performance in Training Management" in 2012 and the Prize for "Innovation in Training Activities" in 2013.

The awarded e-learning activity was designed, organized and developed jointly by the Human Resources Department and the Tax Management Department with the aim to train officials who deliver services and assistance to taxpayers.
