Automatic Income Tax Return project of the Portuguese Tax and Customs Authority (AT) was awarded by the Association for the Promotion and Development of the Information Society (APDSI). The event was held on October 4 at Torre do Tombo Auditorium in Lisbon, under the coordination of the Permanent Groups "Democracy, Administration and Public Policies" and "Dematerialization and Process Management" of the Association.

The prize, which was awarded at the Closing Session of the “2017 e-Government Conference, The Digital Transformation of the State and the Development of Society”, also aims to honor all those who, over the last 20 years, have contributed with their effort and dedication to the success of the Electronic Declarations System.

This recognition of the work that AT has been doing should be a source of pride for all its employees and an encouragement to continue investing in innovation and the provision of services that meet the needs and expectations of taxpayers.
