VITARA is pleased to inform you about the launch of the new Compliance Risk Management course, the registration deadline for this course is 6 February 2023.

The strategic goal of CRM is to steadily increase the level of voluntary compliance over time by identifying and prioritizing risks and implementing treatments to address the risks. In this module, you will learn how adopting a systematic approach to CRM supports tax administrations to deliver this core function and achieve their overall goals successfully.

In this year’s VITARA e-learning courses portfolio, you can explore five English courses (CRM module is included) as well as courses in French and Spanish.

VITARA stands for Virtual Training to Advance Revenue Administration, and is a joint initiative of four organisations, Inter-American Center of Tax Administrations (CIAT), Intra-European Organisation of Tax Administrations (IOTA), International Monetary Fund (IMF), and Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). It was launched in 2020 to develop a highly effective, globally accessible, on-demand and free online curriculum on revenue administrative issues. The VITARA modules are introductory level modules and designed for busy professionals who wish to improve their skills in tax administration.
